Request for Proposals for Arbitrage Rebate Consulting Services (posted 9/1/10)

The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) is seeking proposals from entities qualified to perform rebate calculations and provide legal opinions (Rebate Analyst) relating to OHFA's Residential Mortgage Revenue Bonds (RMRB) as specified in this Request for Proposal (RFP). OHFA intends to select a Rebate Analyst who will consult with OHFA staff and its advisors for the purpose of providing specific rebate calculations and opinion services relating to arbitrage rebate payments, as stated in Section 148(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (the Code), of the RMRBs of OHFA for the period of January 1, 2011, through December 31, 2013. Proposals must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. (EDT) on Wednesday, September 29, 2010.

Request for Proposals for a Special Servicer (posted 8/23/10)

The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to serve as the Special Servicer for the Ohio Hardest-Hit Fund (HHF) as specified in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The servicing provided will be in accordance
with all applicable laws, rules and regulations of HHF, federal law and state law as well as guidelines and procedures developed by OHFA. The Special Servicer will collect, report and transmit payments from homeowners who have been approved to participate in the Ohio HHF program. OHFA intends to select a Special Servicer for the period of September 27, 2010 through December 31, 2017. Proposals are due August 27, 2010 at 4:00p.m.
