In the wake of the mortgage crisis understanding how to encourage savings and improve long-term financial security for low-to moderate homebuyers to sustain successful homeownership is a priority. This session will review the current research of low-to moderate-income first-time homebuyers and evidenced-based practices used to obtain financial security.
